Please simplify. Wind tunnel sculpting doesn't lend itself to timeless design. Get back to emotive design.

I'm trying to determine which one is pictured here.

550 or 575. I believe 575

I think he means whether or not this is an example of wind-tunnel sculpting or "emotive" design. Truth is, the 575 was wind-tunnel sculpting, and so was the F40.
The Testarossa and 288 were "emotive" designs.
Likewise, the 458 is an 'emotive' design, but the F12 is probably more wind-tunnel designed.

If you were Ferrari president would you make retro models in limited runs? Like make six modern 250 Californias?

I'd build a Daytona America with a Hellcat.

I think I'm starting to get people who hate LS everything swaps now....

That is what I mean.

For a big heavy GT car you'd rather have a high strung small displacement motor? I'd rather have a torquey low end big honking V8.

I'm not saying that I'm anti torquey motors, just anti-hellcat.

That's just un-'merican.

No, I like LS7, it's plenty MURICAN.

I was originally going to say Ferrari Daytona American with an LSx but then i realized FCA exists and the Hellcat is the more likely choice.

that's a 550. The 575 didn't have fog lights in the grille and had different headlights that were more like the 360 Modena. 550 > 575 in my opinion

That's true. I would still prefer a wop motor as Sergio puts it.

Long after I die the 550/575 will still look amazing.

Of relatively modern, perhaps overly-sculpted Ferraris, I think the 430, 458, F12 and California T look good.
The 612, California, FF and 599 though...no thanks. 599 GTO is somewhat of an improvement.
